T2 Contributing Psychologists

 
 
Dr. Robert Ciulla

Dr. Robert Ciulla is a licensed clinical psychologist who completed his Ph.D. in clinical psychology at the University of Massachusetts. He is currently leading T2’s web-based development efforts with the objective to deliver behavior-change strategies to the military and provider community. Prior to joining T2, Dr. Ciulla served as the Chief of Madigan Army Medical Center’s Soldier Readiness Service and the Soldier Wellness Assessment Pilot Program.

 
Dr. Julie Kinn

Dr. Julie Kinn leads T2's development of mobile health applications to support service members, veterans, military families and providers. She earned her M.A. in clinical and community psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Kinn specializes in leveraging emerging technology to promote health and social support in the military community.
